WEEKLY Collection of general waste bin (blue lid MAINLAND/red lid KANGAROO ISLAND)
  – STARTS Monday 23 December 2019
  – ENDS Friday 31 January 2020   (inclusive of collections on these days)
  – EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES (EC) BINS are NOT collected from Monday 30 December 2019 until first FORTNIGHTLY collection of general waste on or after Monday 3 February 2020.

Printed Calendars

Printed calendars are issued via Australia Post unaddressed mail annually each financial year and will be delivered to local post office boxes, letterboxes and collection points mid June each year.  Additional copies of the calendar will be available from late Jun each year at local stores and Council offices.

Delayed Collections

Waste collections will occur as usual on all public holidays that fall on week days for the 2019/2020 financial year – please confirm all kerbside collections with the 2019-2020 Kerbside Bin Collection Calendar.

MAINLAND -EXCEPTIONS are Christmas Day Wednesday 25 December 2019 – no collections on Christmas Day 2019 with all kerbside collections from this day moving forward one day l in this week – Wednesday collections on Thursday, Thursday collections on Friday and Friday Collections on Saturday.

KANGAROO ISLAND EXCEPTION – Christmas Day Wednesday 25 December 2019 – no collection on this day. All kerbside collections will occur one day later in this week – Wednesday collections on Thursday, Thursday collections on Friday and Friday Collections on Saturday.

Collection may also be delayed where extreme and catastrophic fire danger ratings are issued by the South Australian Country Fire Service. Residents should leave their bins out kerbside until collected, if safe to do so.
